So i decided to test my bro's GPU Gigabyte RX 570 4GB cuz it was outperforming and stuff
and when i was getting it out of his pc i realised his 8-pin wires ( the yellow ones, 12Vs ) they all brown it's like they burnt
he was talking about fluctuating gpu clock speed while gaming, game crashing and stuff
i witnessed too while he was playing the game bf5 ( he hardly got 60fps )
okay so i test the game with his gpu, i get above 120fps i even overclocked it a bit and it didn't crash
he uses aerocool 450w no 80 plus or anything
i use 600w be quiet system power 9 PSU.

okay by my testing i get 2x the fps in gta online too
and the gpu clock speed remained 1350mhz it wasnt jumping or anything
is it power related issue?
his gpu even crashed with userbenchmark thingy with his system

he told me he updated the drivers without using ddu
and the gpu was so cheap he got it for 60$ in 2020 when there was gu shortage they all were above 100$
and it was mined on im not sure if its bios was switched idk
