Question Up Key Stuck - Only On Windows Menu

Hi.

Windows 10 has randomly decided that, while I'm on the Windows start menu, the up key is constantly being held down. This is only an issue on the start menu and doesn't happen anywhere else (in programs, explorer, etc.) - this makes me think it's not an issue with my actual keyboard.

I've tried uninstalling the keyboard drivers and restarting, but nothing seems to be fixing this.

Does anybody know what could be causing this/how I could fix it?

To rule out the keyboard just test with a different keyboard

Run the keyboard troubleshooter
