Update free video cards for R51 thinkpad

how can i update or the game to resmy r51 thinkpad videocard and when i play any of the games it takes very long for it to responde where can i get free repairs online

1. You can't get a free video card upgrade, and for sure not online. It's hardware, you can't download it or get a tech to stop by for free to bring you one and install it.

2. You can't upgrade the video in a regular laptop like yours period.
