update sabertooth z87 bios?

Is it worth updating the bios of my new sabertooth z87? It currently has bios version 1205 and I think the newest version is 1707. I've never done it before and wasn't sure if I should mess with it.....

If running the system with no compatibility issues, then I suggest not updating it.
