So my Build is:

msi z97 gaming 5

NZXT S340 Razer edition

8GB HyperX Reds

So I only have this Power Supply Choices( I'm new so help me decide on what PSU to get ^^)

I'd suggest one of the following PSU's (in this order)
1) SuperFlower Leadex Gold 650W
2) SeaSonic G-550

The CPU cooler should work but the things to look at are, Ram Clearance (does it interfere with ram) and Height (will it fit in the chassis)

I changed my MOBO to ASUS Z170 Pro and my cooler to Deepcool gamaxx s40 will it do the job well now ?? also my chasis is the NZXT S340 wouldnt it work too ?

I'm unsure about ram clearance with the Deepcool gamaxx s40 which to my understanding, does not allow the fan position to be changed if clearance is a problem. Height doesn't seem to be an issue with that cooler though so, If the ram you've chosen does not have tall heat spreaders, it should be fine.

Wow, I didn't even catch the Z97 board in your first post - make sure you've got DDR4 ram also

i think the ram clearance would be aight.. ive seen in pc picker that both ram and cooler are compatible on the mobo
