Question Updated graphics card and now I have no sound??

Okay, so yesterday I launched my AMD Radeon Settings for my RX 570 and it showed the update available, so I downloaded it and installed and...I got no sound now. I looked up on google, 3 pages (desperate attempt to find something but unsuccessful) and I've read about possible solutions, none of which have worked. Can anyone provide me the correct steps to solve this? Ask away anything you need to know to make this easier. Thanks!

Check your sound output device. It'll usually change to default(HDMI) as sound output.

Already done, not working. I saw that reply on every forum I was looking at. I will post a screenshot if it is useful for more information and tell me if I did it wrong. Also, I don't use HDMI for anything, sound is in 3.5mm jacks on motherboard and monitor is connected via Display Port.

Use DDU in safe mode to uninstall and reinstall the latest driver. If that doesn't fix it then install previous driver again with DDU.

The back panel green jack stopped working for some reason, but when I connect my speakers to the front jack I have perfect sound. In Realtek I switched the front one for the back one (however that works...) and now I have sound in the rear green jack and no sound in the front. That doesn't matter, I am never using front jacks and sound is perfect in the rear with all the cables there being hidden from eyes. I don't understand how it works, but hey...as long as it works, I am happy.
