Question Updated motherboard has caused it to brick?

I am fuming. I bought a second motherboard to replace my last 'bricked' one. I have done everything in my power to complete a bios update safetly. It booted into the bios and I started the update. It then for some reason decided to shut down, there was no power loss, but will now not restart. The LEDs on the motherboard goes from orange to red and cuts out and nothing appears on the screen. Does anyone have any final suggestions before I send it back again?

Motherboard ASUS B450-F gaming
GPU GTX 1060 WINDFORCE 6GB
SSD M.2 Blue 500gb ssd
Case Fractal Meshify C
