Updates to IF Ratings Site

Hi, all

Just a note that I've made a few updates to the IF Ratings site
(http://www.carouselchain.com/if). Specifically, there are a few new
queries on the statistics page:

Newest Games
Recent Author Comments
Random 10 I Haven't Rated

Also, authors can now comment on their games: when going to rate a
game, select the 'I am the author' checkbox. You can then add
commentary and pick a genre you were trying for. Playtimes and scores
will be discarded, but your comment will appear below the game listing
for all to see. Your rating history will separately track games you've
authored.

I've also added datestamps to player comments.

There seem to be a lot of blank comments showing up since the change,
tho.

Yup, I decided to make the timestamps on ratings where people didn't
leave a comment visible as well. If lots of people complain, I will
change it back.

My suggestion is to divide the format into three sections:

1-Author's comments
2-Voters' comments
3-Uncommented votes (by date?)
