Updating to Windows 10

I have a laptop with Windows 7. I have a notification that is telling me I can update to Windows 10 for free, just like I did on my current Windows 10 desktop (was Windows 8.1). When I click install, it says some apps need to be uninstalled. The only problem is, I do not know how to uninstall this specific application. It is called Infineon TPM Professional Package. Can someone please help me?
It tells me it must be disabled, however, it is already disabled.

Note that I'm NOT!! advocating trying their tool...atho it could work fine, I don't trust these generally. But the info should help.

did you try going to the Control Panel and clicking on programs and features and uninstalling Infineon TPM Professional Package from there?

I shall try it, I have no idea why that simple idea slipped past my mind. The windows installer was all complicated by sending me to a stand alone window for the program telling me to disable it
