Question Updating VBIOS RTX 3060Ti Asus TUF gaming OC

Hello everyone, I have been dealing with this "issue" since a while and apparently some other people as well. I would like to update the VBIOS of my card but it is impossible by using the update tool provided by ASUS as it say that my gpu doesn't require any update, which is not true.
I know is nothing crazy but I would like to activate re-sizable bar and with my current vbios is not possible. Awkward is that I managed to update to Vbios V2 when the gpu was on my previous build with re-size activated... Now it seems is not even if from bios is switched on.
I tried as mantioned in some youtube video comments to close msi afterburner and download gpu-tweak for some strange reason works for someone this way, of course not for me

I know I could flash the card but honestly I'm not that sure about it :/

Current version: 94.04.38.00.C4

I'm not sure, but I think yours is not the latest version. Because according to TPU's database, the BIOS version is listed as 94.04.46.40.4F. I think this is for your GPU model, TUF OC.

Actually by checking from the Device ID on techpowerup, https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/231756/asus-rtx3060ti-8192-210311 it says I do have the last one, even if on Asus website the latest version is dated 2022

That TPU VBIOS link is for the Gaming OC Model/SKU. You have an Asus TUF model, right ? But if the device ID matches with 10DE 2486, then your VBIOS version should be correct.

Can you provide a link for the ASUS website ? I don't see any VBIOS uploaded there. Only the update tool.

Thanks for this post. It just helped me update the BIOS on my 3060TI. I looked all over for the update tool and wasn't finding it until I read your post. Downloaded, installed, flashed and now my resizable bar is working.
