Upgrade advise needed please.

So I've got my new graphics card, sshd and windows 8 pro recently.

I've installed the card and love it, my question is should I also upgrade my ram, motherboard and CPU and if so what should I go for (no budget but pointless spending a fortune) or wait ?

Current spec
I5 2500 k - OC to 4.5.
Win 7
16gb 1600 ram.

Your cpu is still quite good. No reason to upgrade that.
What GPU do you have? PSU?

Agreed. With that OC, getting a Haswell CPU may actually end up a slight downgrade, since you'll be unlikely to reach those speeds. Also, 16GB is plenty of RAM.
