Upgrade an aging system

i just got an old hp paviloin 754n with an p4 2.53ghz.

i own 3 other gaming pcs and would lile a 4th for a friend to play. i want to play wow and counterstrike only on the system. what would be the best agp card for under 75$.


windows xp 32bit
1.5gb ddr
geforce mx420 64mb(Sucky)

Ati Radeon 3850 AGP is the most powerful AGP card.
Other Option is HD 4650 AGP.
