Solution
I'm in the queue for a 3080 FTW3 Ultra Hybrid, but I'm also on the lookout for the 3080 FE and RX 6800XT reference.
I would prefer to DIY hybrid cool it, if I can help it; Alphacool has some Eiswolf gpu AIOs coming next month.

I refuse to pay those scalper prices. If I'm going to pay those kinds of prices, I may as well get a 3090, and I already have reservations against that.

I signed up on Jan 8th, so it's going to take awhile, but it's not as bad as the other air cooled cards, since they're more popular.
Though, come April 16th(?), the price will go up for people who entered the queue before Jan 11th. If I don't get...

And what do you want to do with your pc?
Just gaming,gaming/streaming,editing,workstation,etc..

Yes everything which you have outlined. I would like some ray tracing as well to get better lighting inside my games.

I would like:

  1. 2k/4k 144hz in ultra settings in games like GTA-V, red dead, cyberpunk and other games like this.
  2. Ultra Ray tracing
  3. Minecraft in ultra shaders
  4. Streaming/recording games at same time while keeping the frames up
  5. Want a really fast computer in general for everything

Ok so lets see.
For 4K ultra settings in Cyberpunk, you will need a 3090,if you want anything close to 60fps.
144fps is just impossible to achieve with those settings in Cyber punk.
So,here is what i put together.

The things i kept are the storage and the case.
Everything else i swapped out.
5900X should be more than capable of both gaming and streaming, bassically there is nothing this thing cant do.
Cooling it is one of the top performers in terms AIO's.There is 420mm version of this cooler, but 360mm will be enough.
For the motherboard i put in a really good mobo.Really good VRM's for overclocking and has Q Flash Plus which allows you to update the bios without the ram and cpu, since you are going to need a bios update for 5900X to work.
The ram is really really good.Dual channel memory with frequency 3600MHz and CAS Latency 16 is all a man can ask for.Chasing speeds higher than that is pointless in my opinion. Also if you ever need more than 32gb of ram,you can always buy the exact same kit, since you have 2 free slots.
The storage is the same.
Case the same
RTX 3090 is also pointless in my opinion, but if you want 4k RTX ON ultra settings 60 fps in cyberpunk there is no deniying that only the 3090 can do that.
Also i had to upgrade your psu,650W just wont do it for this build.
The total for upgrades is £3058

Your processor should be fine for what your doing, you should of bought a 4 stick set of memory but it's not a big difference

I would try to get a RTX 3080 video card and upgrade your power supply and call it done.

as all of the rtx 3080 and 3090 are sold out I only can get founders editions . Are the founders edition cards just as good as the original card ? As the founders edition are little bit more expensive?

The founders edition is the original card. I think their places you can pre order. Or EVGA is suposed to have a Q system where you get in line to get one you would need to check their site to see if it's offered in the UK as I'm in the US.

so your suggesting to buy the RTX3080 over the RTX 3090 ?

3080 has much better value in terms of price to performance, and will deliver you 30-40 fps 4K max settings in cyberpunk, but if you want solid 60,3090 is the one to go.
Other games are not nearly as demanding,so i say go for the 3080 if you can play cyberpunk at 30-40fps (which im telling you i can since its a AAA title, not a fast pace BR or FPS),but if you really really want that 60fps,go for the 3090.Also 3090 might serve you better for workstation use since it has 24GB Vram so think this through before pulling the trigger
