Question Upgrade Choice Help

Current Setup: i5-6500
16GB 2133MHZ
2 Samsung 870 Evo 250GB
GTX 1050TI Nvidia
Gigabyte B150 HD3P
SeaSonic Electronics S12II Series SS-520GB 520W 80 Plus Bronze Power Supply (taken from google but this is my psu)


I want to upgrade to a RTX 2060, 1660TI or a RX 580, what is the smartest option? I would prefer the 2060 in terms of performance but not sure if its smart, the 2060 is around 120-130Euros the 1660 ti around 110-120, the rx580 is real cheap for around 60-80, what would be the best to choose?

For the most noticeable upgrade, strive to obtain a card that is at least two FPS tiers higher from your current, using Toms Hardware's GPU Hierarchy chart:

An RTX 3060 would be the next step higher, being on par with the RX 6600 XT

Not possible here, the closest second hand 6600 is too far away, and 3060 not in my price range, so a 2060 should do right?
