Upgrade from q6600 to Intel or amd

I m selling my q6600 for 50$ (with motherboard).
Now I want to buy cpu +motherboard package (in used condition).
My budget is max 70$ after selling q6600.
I have following options :
1) i3 2100 for 45$ and Intel or Asus mobo for 25$.
2) pentium G 3220 +motherboard for 75$.
3)Amd phenom II x955 + motherboard for 45$ only. (I can put more ram and HDD if I go for this).
4) amd phenom II x6 processor which would cost me 60$.
I have ddr3 ram + gt 640 gddr5 +Asus gtx 650 ti boost 2gb OC edition (going to sell this but not using that money for upgradation).
I m not into latest games. Tbh I can play latest games on my cousin's pc. I just want to play dota 2 Csgo and gta V sometimes.. I m tired of q6600 tbh and it is way too old and I m afraid it would die someday. Again mentioning budget is tight and I only want to play dota 2 and csgo.

I'd take the i3 2100. The Phenom II x6 might be faster if you average things out, but the i3's single-threaded advantage will serve you well, it draws a fraction of the power (and produces much less heat) and has great upgrade options that won't require you to replace your motherboard again.

However, be aware that all of the CPUs you're looking at are 5-7 years old too. CPUs don't really die, but that's pretty old for a motherboard.

Problem is no one is willing to sale out i3 2100 below 45$ and I can get Intel dh61ww or Asus p8h61 mlx 2 for 25$.
Other option is phenom 955 + motherboard it will cost me 40$ or 35$ on bargain and I would left with more money for after market cooler and more ram. I saw comparison on YouTube but every one was comparing on OC settings and there was no difference between pentium g3220 OC and phenom 955.

How much is your total budget and where do you live ?

60-65$ total budget and I live in Pakistan. I can Intel dh61ww in 20$ but confused about processor.

Get the i3. It doesn't need an aftermarket cooler.

Edit: didn't see the Pentium option. I'd probably go with that, actually.

6th gen dual core would be hard to find.I don't need cpu for high end gaming. Just YouTube Netflix dota 2 and csgo. Core i3 2100 is somewhat out of budget +hard to find while amd phenom 955 black edition is easily available to me.
