See if you can swing the RX 470/480 8gb model. I hear they out perform the GTX 1660 and has twice the amount of vram.
Good point, however If the RX 470/480 8gb costs less, i'd advise against the gtx 1660 as the above hardware specifications aren't all that great. Especially if the end user only has a 1080p 60hz monitor.
