upgrade laptop cpu i5 4200m to i74700mq

I want to ask if it´s possible to upgrade cpu in my Toshiba satellite L50A, from i5 4200m to i7 4700mq(or any i7 quad core), motherboard is Toshiba VG10S,

Usually you can't up the top of a processor in a laptop they barely cooler what it was designed to cool adding 1/3 more heat will result in worse performance

But in some toshiba laptops with VG10S motherboard is i7 4700mq in stock, in pictures they have same cooling.
