PLZ help me to upgrade my CPU Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU T4200 @ 2.00GHz to Core i???

Afaik, the Pentium T4200 fits on a pga478 motherboard, meaning the only processors that'll also fit are some Celeron, Pentium and Pentium 4 cpus.

Most definitely will not work with any core-i series cpus.

For core-i you'll need a new lga115x/1200 series motherboard, ddr3 or 4 ram (depending on board) and the cpu.

Good luck with that, most of those pre-built mobo's only took 2Gb of ram, you'd need to have a top line mobo to get 4Gb, since back then the OS had no use for 4Gb. And being DDR be careful not to get AMD high density ram (most common), you'll need single sided, low density ram built specifically for Intels.
