Thanks. Before I saw this I did this (also, it's a 2 TB drive). Will this work or is the order of the partitions important?

Hi. So, the clone was mostly successful. It didn't seem to be a perfect one to one transfer but that's okay. Everything mostly works. My issue is that I can't get the box to recognize my two internal hard drives. Using the M.2 SSD means that SATA 5 & 6 are unavailable to me, however I have plugged these drives into every connector and they still aren't recognized. Am I missing something here? Is there another means of identifying SATA 1 - 4? Thanks.

Other than these SATA drives, the clone works?
You've disconnected the old OS drive and are booting 100% from the new one?

Disk Mgmt reports the C: drive and a removeable drive J. Not sure what that is. Is my assumption correct that each individual data connector on the ribbon represents a different SATA port?
