i want to upgrade my pc
now i have
QuadCore Intel Core i5-6600, 3600 MHz (36 x 100)
Asus H170-Pro
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650
I'm thinking about;
Intel Core i7 10700KF
Asus TUF GAMING H570-PRO WIFI
DeepCool GAMMAXX 400S cpu cooler

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650
is it maybe better to buy an intel with grafics inside

Your GTX1650 is still a good card, much better than any integrated graphics.
Still, if the price difference between a cpu with integrated graphics and without is not great, buy the integrated graphics.
You can do a lot of testing without taking out your production graphics card.

On the cpu, I very much like the 11th gen options vs. 10th gen.
For one thing, the performance per clock is supposed to be 19% better.

The value of the K suffix processors is that they can be overclocked; you need a more expensive Z590 motherboard for that.
Today, overclocking pays dividends if you are running multithreaded batch apps that can load all threads.
For gaming, it is better to let the turbo mechanisms boost a couple of cores when conditions permit.

If the price is right, look at the I5-11400 processor.
