Upgrade or save for new pc?

is there a worthy reason to upgrade my pc or i should save to buy new system?
I use pc mostly for games..

My current system:

Case: Coolermaster haf 922
CPU : i7 920 ( oc 3,6ghz)
Cooler: Prolimatech Megalahelms
MB : asus p6t-se
Ram : 12gb 1333mhz ( 6x2gb)
Gpu: Sapphire R9 270x 2bg
250gb ssd + 1tb hdd
Psu : Corsair tx850w

Monitor : 1080p 60hz

Well in order to upgrade the CPU, you need a new MB. and you would need new RAM as all new CPU's/MB need DDR4 now. The SSD+HD could be resued, and the PSU is a decent one. Case is still good. GPU could suit your needs, depending on how much you game and why you want to upgrade in the first place.

Yes thats the problem , New Cpu , m/b , ram etc = New system
so im start saving i guess and will keep this for older games
