Upgrade Sandy brigde CPU Dell laptop to Ivy Bridge CPU

Hi guys, I have Dell vostro 1450 laptop with i3-2330m CPU, socket 988B rPGA (PGA988B)

(bought long time ago)
now I want to upgrade the cpu of my laptop and have 2 option:
i5-2540m or i7- 3520m
so the thing is ..I will be able to do that without any problems? i really want upgrade to i7 ivy cause the better perform
And if i upgrade to i7-3520m, will my graphic upgrade to intel hd 4000?

The i7 enjoys a 700mhz faster clockspeed so should give you a little boost just keep in mind its still a dual core hyperthreaded chip.
Yes you will get the hd4000 gpu, its built into the processor.

I assume you already verified the i7 actually works in your laptop? Manufacturer's can, and have, restrict which cpu's will work...
