Upgrade to a 660ti?

Hello everyone. I currently have two Nvidia GTX 460se video cards. Would I see a boost in performance if I was to replace them with a 660ti? Ive been looking around for some time now and Newegg has a good sale right now on a 660ti.

$250 and there is a $20 rebate, also includes AC3. I'm thinking of ordering tonight, just wondering if it would really be worth it. I play a lot of BF3 and recently Borderlands 2. I play at 1080p and have an i5 2500k CPU.

Hoenstly not bad price im glad they dropped the price on the gtx 660 but if you in need for a gpu i think it may be worth it
