So ,I have a 4 year old pc and inside it is a 350 w psu ,a gt710 gpu ,pentium g3220 ,8 gb of ddr3 1600mhz ram and a ms 7869 mobo with a 1150 socket. If i want to upgrade,Should i get a new mobo (msi b250m mortar 1151)with 8 gb of ddr4 2400mhz ram and a g4560 cpu that I will upgrade in the near future to a i5 7400 and a gtx 1050 ti with a psu( i might buy the gpu with the psu first).Or stay on this mobo and buy a i5 4690 and a gtx 1050 ti with a psu in the future?I nee to mention that my current mobo supports only 1333 mhz ram and has pci express 2.0 8x

Solution
I would recommend getting a new mobo, not only will your performance be better with the newer parts, but it will allow for easier upgrades in the future.
