[SOLVED] Upgrade worth it ? or bottleneck

HI, I recently came to know that my Laptop HP-15-n010tx supports 16gb of ram but the other hardware is a little too old. Will the upgrade to 16gb be worth it ? Will I be able to use the full potential or it will be bottlenecked because of the other parts. Here are my specs of the laptop
CPU -i3-3217u
GPU- AMD 8670m
RAM - 4gb
Will it be good to upgrade to 16 gb or should I just upgrade to 8 gb

8GB is enough, 16GB is too much considering the i3 and older gpu
