I just upgraded my motherboard, CPU, and CPU cooler. When I turn it on it takes about 30 seconds for the monitor to detect input after pressing the power button. It just shows a blank screen when input is detected. The HDMI is connected to the GPU. The peripherals turn on. I've tried both PCIe slots. I've tried all RAM slots. The monitor is working fine. Basically I've gone through all the steps in the sticky except using a speaker to test it and breadboarding.

- 8 pin CPU (4 pin not connected)
- 24 pin
- Front IO
- GPU 8 + 6 pin
- Two SATA cables (HDD and SSD)
- Fan headers
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
