Upgraded cpu. usb devices not working.

At lest I don't think the keyboard is working. Mouse is not lighting up or showing up on screen. but pc lights are working. Monitor turns on after a while but off however during a win 10 loading dots.

Replace the old CPU, does system work OK then? If it does, check for a newer BIOS for the motherboard, reset BIOS to defaults, and try the swap again.
