I recently upgraded my pc with the new Ryzen 5800x and a X570 Aorus pro wifi. All my components were working before I made the switch, but now I'm baffled as to why my pc wont post.
My rig is as follows:
Ryzen 7 5800x
X570 Aorus Pro Wifi (Gigabyte)
32GB G.Skill Ripjaw V 3600MHz
ROG Strix RTX 2070 OC 8GB
600W PSU
When I try to boot the PC, my case fans run and the fan on the MB kicks on. I get no display signal and the MB has a red light by DRAM. I have tried swapping out the RAM with slower Corsair Vengence 2400MHz to no avail, installing only one stick of each kind of RAM putting them in different channels, clearing CMOS, reseating everything. Still cant get anything to work.
After all that I know your thinking that the BIOS needs an update to work with the 5800x, well I went down that road and q-flashed the F31o BIOS.
Still got nothing...SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!
