Question Upgraded my TUF Z390 to a Rog strix z690 a gaming and Now I have Audio Issues

It started with my microphone being really low. I tried uninstalling the Realtek audio in device managers and nothing. Tried checking in the services app to see if the realtek stuff was running and it all looked well. and my Realtek Audio Console wont even launch it gives me a "Can not connect to RPC Service" Didnt know upgrading a motherboard was such a headache. Can anyone provide any assistance?

Did you reinstall the OS if you migrated the OS drive onto the new platform?
