Question Upgraded to a MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Ti and Now Im Having Stutters.... Help Please

So i just got a RTX 3060 Ti for Christmas and sense then my games have been stuttering bad. The games are Roblox, Gta 5, Apex Legends, Minecraft. Before I had a AMD rx 580 and it worked ok but it didn't stutter. so idk what the problem is.

Here is the stuttering in Roblox ------- (YouTube Video) Sense YouTube caped the fps of the video to 60 u cant really see the stutters that well but they are there

idk how to do that so if u have a video for a gigabyte bios that would help

not really, looked few gigabyte bios overview videos and they all skipped it with "oh you dont need this" comment...

but its in settings menu under AMD CBS, in there look for BGS or Bank Group Swap, there should be two of them, with your four sticks mainboard sets it like this
BGS off
BGS Alt on

you have to turn both off

turns out gigabyte bios dont have bgs i think or someone was making up stuff
