Would like someone to let me know if these two upgrades seem reasonable on my 5 year old pc. Mostly concerned about cpu bottlenecking and If the PSU is enough.

Orig:
Mobo: Asus Z87-A
CPU: Intel i5 4670k
GPU: EVGA GTX 770 2GB
PSU: Antec HCG-620M
Ram: 2x 4GB Gskill DDR3 1866mhz

upgrade to:
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB (any suggestions on specific model?)
Ram: 2x 8GB Gskill DDR3 1866mhz

Solution
16gb ram is a good upgrade.
A 1060 will be a noticeable but not a MASSIVE upgrade. CPU will keep up alright

Your PSU basically is a SeaSonic inside, so it's fine.
