I don't know the US price but here, it's about the same price as the brand new "ASUS GT 740 2GB DDR3"

My Motherboard is a 1155 Asus P8B75-M LE which supports PCI-Express x16.
CPU: Intel i3 3240
Ram: Patriot 4GB 2x2 1333
PSU is a Solid 600watt and it got 2x6+2Pin connectors For PCI-Express, Specs
Current Graphic card: XFX 6790 Dualfan

Now i'm not sure if this card fit my system or if it does, does it perform well?

Solution
The card will be compatible with your setup. It may be larger than your current card so be careful if you have a small case. The performance will definitely be better, but not great. You should definitely look into unlocking extra shaders: Most or all 6950s can be unlocked to be just like the 6970.
