Hi, how the title says I want to upgrade my CPU. Intel Celeron G530 and I want to buy a Pentium G2120. It worth for games like CS:GO, ETS 2, GTA IV(most for this game) and so on.

That CPU would be an improvement, a similar CPU would be the intel i3 3220. Depending on your budget you might want to save money for a better CPU if you're getting into higher end PC gaming. Also you'll need a decent GPU. Are you planning on running games with the integrated graphics or do you own a seperate GPU?

I\ve bought a GT630 1GB GDDR 5, so I don't expect higher end pc gaming :). Just some games like ETS 2 and so on. For ex: GTA IV on my configuration run on medium at 1280x720 with 30+ FPS and I think that it may be the CPU. Maybe i'll give a try to GTA V on low.

A way to see what hardware is having issues running your games is running your game and checking taskmanager, if your CPU is constantly running at 100% then that'll need an upgrade for the games you're playing. The pentium will provide a slight upgrade but not very extreme.

Well the CPU is not staying always in 100% but it don;t go below ~90.
And also if I ty to play a YT video on 1440p or 4k it's stuttering

Well to give you more headroom I'd still advice you to go for a better CPU, that and if your FPS is really low then it might be because of your GPU

I'd like to chime in a bit.... So much here depends on your budget and what your ultimate goal is. With you current base, you have a motherboard that can likely support both Sandy and Ivy Bridge CPUs... (depends on bios) Knowing what that motherboard is helps determine what we can recommend for a processor. If it is an OEM motherboard that doesn't have the ability to be flashed for Ivy bridge we won't recommend those but as of now we can't know. We also don't know if your motherboard has a chipset that can support overclocking. Which makes a big difference as to weather or not Sandy-bridge or Ivy bridge CPUs are suggested.

The Sandy bridge CPUs tend to overclock much better than the Ivy. However for that reason even though the Ivy is slightly newer architecture the Sandy bridge K processors tend to be slightly more than the Ivy-bridge on the new Market.

Also are you willing to go with a used item? An I5-3470 is available for $60 currently and is far more of an upgrade.

First, I'm not from USA or UK and in my country 60$ is something. I've chosed that CPU because i found him only at 20$.
My motherboard is H61M-P20 (G3).
