Is there is a way to upgrade a motherboard without installing a new OS ?
Just because my old motherboard have some problem
The OS is Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

Solution
I want to say "no" right off the bat, but there are some situations where Windows 7 will boot on a different motherboard and detect/install new chipsets/devices. Generally speaking though, an upgraded motherboard would have much newer chipsets, probably different brand as well, and Windows will BSOD on you. Even if Windows would boot up, I strongly recommend you install a fresh copy of Windows on any system with a new motherboard. Windows will run much much better.

Absolutely. Always. Different motherboard = fresh Windows installation. When things go wrong, the last thing you want to have to include in your troubleshooting steps is re-installing Windows. But if you didn't re-install when you changed motherboard, it becomes the first thing to do when troubleshooting errors. Beside, you might not get errors which may lead you to think the system is running well, but a fresh Windows installation with drivers for that specific board only may run a lot better.
