I got this prebuilt PC years ago as a gift from my parents, and while it has generally served me well, I'm looking to upgrade the GPU so it can last me a little longer before a new build.

Specs for GTX 760 Ti (OEM):
https://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-760ti-oem/specifications

Specs for EVGA GeForce GTX 970 SSC GAMING ACX 2.0:
https://www.evga.com/products/Specs/GPU.aspx?pn=3c360c69-297b-4958-a7a8-a9f8dc847266

Is this a feasible upgrade? Very new to this stuff, so all help is appreciated. Thank you in advance :)

EDIT:
CPU is i7-4790 @3.60GHz
PSU is 330W
RAM is 16.0GB

I believe the recommended psu for a 970 is 500w. Being a prebuilt system, the 330w currently in there is more than likely a low quality unit. I'd suggest a good quality 450w+ psu, and then the new card.
That's OK.
So....with that CPU....I think you could go up to at least a GTX 1080 in the GTX series.....and at least an RTX 2060 in the RTX series.

Although that power supply is very small. I am a little surprised you aren't having problems with the GTX 760 as NVidia recommends 500 watts for the PSU.

They also recommend 500 watts for the PSU for the 970.

If it were me.....I'd get something like a GTX 1080 and a new power supply.

Something like this....or a Seasonic.....but I would keep it above 600 watts at least.
