Upgrading AMD 5770, $150 budget.

It's been over 5 years since I had a new card now I think its time for an upgrade. I am going to be using it for gaming only.

I have a Gigabyte GA-MA785GM-US2H Motherboard if that helps at all and I think I will need a PSU upgrade as mine is only a BP430 430W.
