Upgrading current gaming rig

Hi guys,

At the moment I have:
AMD Phenom II x2 555
Asus MA89GTD PRO
Unbranded RAM

I'm going to upgrade to:
i5 3570K
ASRock Z77 Extreme4
Kingston HyperX 1600 CL9

I'm on a budget of £350, and I mostly buy from amazon.co.uk
Just wondering if there's anything worth changing before I buy everything.

You have a good power supply too? That is just as important to the new build as what you listed. You have a copy of windows for the new build as well?

Just checking to make sure you thought this through.

Yeah I've got a Corsair TX750 PSU and Win7 Ultimate.
