Hello Guyz!
I have a Dell Optiplex 755 (Small Form Factor), and I wanna upgrade it. It has core2duo E6550 2.33Ghz processor in it as I am on very tight budget so I cannot buy any new case or motherboard the components installed in my current PC are,
Core2duo 2.33Ghz (LGA755 socket type)
2Gb DDr2 Ram
256 intel express family chipset Q35
80 Gb hardisk
275 watts stock powersupply
So after too much googling I came to know that I can upgrade it to Core2Quad 8Gb Ram.
But my question is that can I add DDR3 Rams in it because finding a DDR2 Ram is difficult, and what's the best graphic card for my PC that works with 275 watts powersupply or tell me a powersupply that fits in my case (SFF) so that I can add a good graphics card in it. I don't wanna do very heavy gaming in it. I just wanna play games like GTA V, Euro Trucks Simulator 2, COD 4 MW etc.

Solution
Unfortunately, what was said above is correct. You are limited to DD2 RAM and the power supply is proprietary. Not that it matters as the motherboard's PCI-Ex16 slot is wired to 25 watts.

Dell Optiplex 755 specs

What I would do, as budget allows is:

First, upgrade the RAM. Get a 4x2GB DDR2-800 RAM kit. This also assumes a 64-bit operating system.
Next, I'd get an Intel Core2Quad Q6600/Q6700 processor.
Finally, I'd look to getting a low profile graphics card with no more than a 25 watt max power draw. Personally, I'd be looking at something like the GT730 or lower.

No CPU or graphic card is going to allow you to play high-end games very well (if at all). The games you listed above should run on low settings (after the upgrades...
Highly Proprietary, very limited on what you can do with it, they are designed that way on purpose so you can't do anything with them.

You are stuck with DDR2.

The MB maxes out at 35W on the PCIe so you are stuck on what GPU's you can use to low end.

The PSU is proprietary as are all SFF PSU's so you are stuck there also.

New case wouldn't matter as it's a BTX MB that won't fit in any cases so that doesn't matter.

Best thing you can do is send it back and save up more money until you can get something better or build one.

Stay far away from SFF's as they are a rip off and are nothing more than dumpster material. (The reason they are so cheap) Same with all of the office PC's that hit the market other than the high end ones.

Pouring money into that thing is a waste, extremely outdated etc.

I will say it again, send it back and save up more money.

Thanks for the reply Sir, but the problem is that that my father brought this PC for his work some years before for his office work but now he don't uses it so I thought to upgrade it. Please tell me some components that I can install in it I don't want a very high end gaming PC atleast I can run games like COD 4MW GTA V, and my favoutie game Euro Truck Simulator 2. Can I run AMD Radeon 5450 in my PC thee only problem I'm facing is graphic card

Please Sir (Wolfshadow) there are different manufactures of GT730 so which one I should choose. I found one low profile EVGA GT730 it requirements are:
300 Watt or greater power supply with a minimum of 20 Amp on the +12 volt rail.
PCI Express, PCI Express 2.0 or PCI Express 3.0 compliant motherboard with one graphics slot.
But I have only 275 watts powersupply

And as you said that upgrade to Core2quad and 8Gb Ram that's correct but the only problem is about graphics card. Okay leave GTA V but please tell me one on which atleast I can play my dream game Euro Truck Simulator 2 it's requirements are also low and can run on Intel HD4000 but unfortunately I don't have a very good intel graphics memory

You cannot add anything but DDR2 RAM to the PC.

The memory type on the GPU doesn't matter when it comes to compatibility.

The GT 720/730 are the least powerful GPUs even worth buying if you want to run Euro Truck Simulator 2. As for games like GTA V, that's impossible without a much more significant overhaul; the reality is that this is a non-gaming, basic office PC from more than a decade ago and to make it even an entry-level gaming PC that can play modern games will essentially require all the parts to be replaced.

Graphic cards come in two form factors. Either Full Height or Low-Profile. There is no way of telling without looking at the cards or if it says so in the description.

As already stated, you cannot use DDR3 system memory in your computer. Graphic card memory is a separate issue. Your computer doesn't care what type of memory your graphics card has, so a GDDR3 graphics card will work regardless of what your motherboard will accept.

Personally, I'd stick with the GT720, but if the GT610 is a low-profile, it will also work. Please understand that these are very low powered cards, performance-wise. The GT610 is little more than integrated graphics but with more memory.

Performance-wise:

GT730 > GT720 > GT710 > GT610

What about a GTX750ti(is it low profile) & HD 5450(I saw a video on youtube and it was about gaming on Dell Optiplex 755 and he tell about this card that it can fit in it and can play GTA V).
