Upgrading first build

I just built my first rig using a combination of logicalincrements (very good tier) and pcpartspicker. I'm currently dual booting ubuntu and windows 8.1.

Everything is running great, except I didn't consider fan sound or cables when putting everything together. The stock Rosewill Blackhawk and AMD fx6300 fans were alright in terms of noise, but I think I can do better.

I'm thinking about switching to a Enthoo Pro case, an aftermarket CPU cooler, and a modular Antec PSU. The Enthoo Pro comes with bigger fans than the Blackhawk (front 200 mm intake and 140 mm), which I think would allow for lower fan noise, the upgraded cooler would allow for better CPU cooling and hopefully lower fan noise, and the modular PSU would allow for better cable management and better airflow. If the fans were too noisy I was thinking about adding some resistors or possibly a fan controller.

My other option would be to keep the Blackhawk case, upgrade the case fans, PSU, and CPU cooler. With this option (with more smaller fans) I would probably use a fan controller to reduce fan speed (and noise).

What do you guys think of my initial build and my thoughts about upgrading? It has been a rough couple of weeks diving right into PC building, but I have learned so much. Still I'm struggling a little at this point.

Solution
If you have a good PSU already, You can stash extra cables in the PSU compartment of the Enthoo Pro. Then you could get a better CPU cooler too.

However if you want to fill your current case with quiet fans, Noctua makes great quiet fans at all sized.

However if noise is a concern, Consider getting the Fractal Design Define R5 and buy a better CPU cooler (and an extra fan for the front for improved cooling).

Do you have any recommendations for CPU coolers around the $35 - $50 price range?

These are all good

This is a bit over but I wanted to show whats possible for $15-$20 over http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835709011

Thanks for your help!

My current plan is to switch out my PSU for a quieter Seasonic x650, switch out my case for a Fractal Design Define R5, add a EVO 212 CPU cooler, and a Noctua fan.

Sounds good to me. Enjoy the build.
