Nope , stick with your 4770k , it's still a fantastic CPU.

Is it worth it for what? Gaming? No. Video editing? Yes.

Going with the 1800x will get you roughly the same performance with Single core intensive games, but your multi core and workstation performance will go through the roof.

If you're JUST gaming, stick to the 4770K until they come out with a faster Ryzen flagship.

If you're a power user doing far more than gaming or if you plan on streaming while recording then the 1800x is a solid upgrade path mainly because (unlike Haswell) AM4 will be around for a while. So when the 1900X comes out or whatever you can swap as needed.

(I personally got stuck on Haswell myself and while I regret being in a dead end, it really has been a great CPU and it's kind of ok at editing with an overclock.)
