don't know where my head was, but Adrenalin is related to the gpu's from AMD which you do not use currently.

Thank you for the link, though I was thinking to download Asrock's latest All-In-One drivers from within their BIOSes page. Any reason I should prefer the AMD ones instead?

One it is with the vga/videocard driver which you do not use and don't want to have on there with a Nvidia gpu in there.
Two those you can download (i think with bios 5.80) are already older drivers, the chipset drivers i linked are the newest ones.
Even the chipsset drivers linked under downloads are an older version.
