Upgrading from GeForce 2 Pro

What would be the best card to get to go up from a GeForce 2 Pro for around $100-$150, with the best balance of performance and image quality.

On the cheaper end look for a Geforce4Ti 4200.

If you can afford a few more bucks a Radeon 9600 PRO is the way to go, though. Much better.
