According to this it looks to have split +12v rails, one at 21 amps and the other at 22 amps:

So total +12v amps is over 40, so you are fine. It also has 2x 6-pin PCIe power connectors, so you will need one 8-pin (6+2) adapter like toyftw linked above. The only potential issue I see is it not being an efficient PSU, not being rated at 80+. But it certainly won't harm anything...you just have a less efficient PSU meaning more power is wasted drawn from the wall under load. Power wise, you are good to go!
FYI an 8-pin PCIe connector is often referred to as the 6+2 pin PCIe connector. There is a 6-pin and a 2-pin connector on the same cable that can be split. That 2-pin orphan...
