I've decided to buy a RTX 3080 to upgrade my 1070TI after about 5 years of use. So far, I know I will have to replace my power supply as well since my old one isn't good enough. Should I anticipate anything else having to be upgraded?

My current specs are:

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 TI --> GeForce RTX 3080
CPU:
AMD Ryzen 5 1600
Power: Seasonic FOCUS GX-650 --> Seasonic FOCUS GX-850
MOBO:
MSI B350 TOMAHAWK AM4 AMD B350

The PSU is the only immediate change required. However it's a very powerful GPU for a Ryzen 1600, you will likely want a CPU upgrade at some point to get the most out of it.
