Upgrading gpu, should i upgrade cpu as well?

So im looking to upgrade to a GTX 1070 from a Sapphire Radeon R9 290 4GB Tri-X OC Video Card. Should I be looking to upgrade my cpu too? Currently rocking an Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor, will it bottleneck the 1070? Thanks in advance.

No it won't at 1080p and above you shouldn't really see any GPU bottle necking in games.

It will slightly bottleneck as you move up in resolutions and in-game settings but i'm puzzled by your upgrade from an R9 290 because that card is a good one to just a tad older. It's an upgrade to the GTX 1070 yes but so much of one.
