Upgrading mobo, CPU & ram. thoughts?

Im currently stuck with an ASROCK g31m-s with 4gb of ddr2 ram and an intel dual core 3.2.

my other specs that i do not plan on upgrading anytime soon are my NVIDIA gtx 470 (super clocked) and my hard drive which i cant remember specifically what the specs are on it but i know its decent.

heres what i was planning on upgrading to, to try and completely remove the bottleneck on the 470 and get some overall improved performance:

I've edited my first post with some build ideas. Well under the $250 limit as well

Since what I suggested only totals about $180, it might be worth while spending the remainder on a better AM3+ motherboard which will allow for upgrades in the future.

im trying to steer away from going with intel. i already own one atm and was not satisfied to say the least. im currently using a 3.2 (OC'd at 3.6) DC but its an LGA 775 socket. i dont want to upgrade to another intel type motherboard only to upgrade another intel chip.

thanks for the build suggestions adrian, i like the processor you pointed out. any thoughts to maybe picking up a cheap SLI ready amd board?
