Upgrading my computer, i dont know what motheboard to get

I know very little about motherboards. My computer has a Intel core due in it at the moment and I want to upgrade the processor. I need to upgrade the motherboard to the right chip set. I have a mid atx case (if thats important) an R9 280, 6gb of ddr 3 ram and just a standard hard drive. I have £100 to spend on a motherboard so no super gaming rigs for me.

I'd recommend the ASRock H97 PRO4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard. It has everything you'd want from a budget motherboard whilst still maintaining good quality
