Upgrading my CPU AMD X2 BE-550 need help

Hello everyone, i would like an upgrade from my current CPU AMD X2 BE-550 to something better, im limited by the motherboard so my options are limited. This is my Motherboard - MSI 770-G45 and here is a link with what cpu supports http://www.msi.com/product/mb/770-G45.html#?div=CPUSupport

Please guide me to get a good procesor for gaming im considering atm AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition 3.40GHz skt AM3 so around this price but i can squeze abit more money if there is something that is worth the money, also i forgot to mention my current CPU BE-550 is not unlockable i can only OC to 3.6 stable maybe abit more.

Thanks mate, but i did more reaserch and aparently i can get these two that are better then 965 but i don't know witch ones are better, im interested only for gaming

1: AMD Phenom II X6 1045T 2.70/3.20 GHz skt AM3
2: AMD Phenom II X4 960T Black Edition 3.0GHz box

What shall i chose?

Gaming disregard the 1045T maybe 6 cores but low clock speeds compared to the quads.

960T - Can OC nicely and may unlock to 6 cores (see my sig thats a 6 core unlock on a 960T @ 4 GHz on air)

965BE - Easily OC's to 4.0GHz on air (in theory the 4 deneb cores in this can provide more grunt than 4 thuban cores in the 960T)

Basically get either the 965BE or the 960T. They are similar enough that unless you want to take a gamble on getting 6 cores just buy whichever costs less.

Use this to find out how much is the performance improvement of your options over the 550BE & see if it is worth the price you have to pay for a new processor.

The 1045 & the 960 is not there but the 965BE is there.
