Upgrading my CPU

I have a Lenovo 320-14AST laptop with an A9 processor. I was browsing for new AMD processors and found the Ryzen processors. Is it possible for me to upgrade my CPU?

No. Laptop processors are soldered in. If you want a Ryzen CPU you need to get a desktop.

While not all laptops have soldered cpu sockets this one does. The A9-9420 is BGA(soldered to the motherboard).
