[SOLVED] Upgrading my CPU

I bought a new PC a while ago and it works perfectly, but would like to upgrade my CPU as a certain game I play is single-core and uses quite a bit of my CPU.

Current equipment;
MSI B450M Mortar Max
AMD Ryzen 5 3500X 6-Core Processor
Aerocool AERO BRONZE 650W


I'd like to upgrade the CPU to either the ryzen 5 5600x or ryzen 5 5800x. The 5600x uses 65W while the 5800x uses 105W, my current cpu uses 95W. The motherboard supports both but apart from power supply is the heat a concern?

Not really. Power supply is fine unless you are on the ragged edge of your PSU's output. Though no mention of a GPU, so hard to say.

CPU cooler is all you really need to worry about, though your 95W CPU isn't too far off from a 105W CPU.
